What can you anticipate?
The following topics will be discussed by your counselor during your first visit with us: Your history, interests, routine, finances, and aspirations once you complete your degree in your chosen country. They will assist you in completing the sets of documents required to begin your application, critical timelines to observe, and information about future events of possible interest.
Sending in your applications for studies
Apart from assembling your applications and ensuring the certification of supporting documents, we also provide the necessary institution program guides and course application forms. We then arrange for your application to be sent to the university or other organization of your preference. In our education seminars, you may also take advantage of the opportunity to engage in discussions regarding graduate outcomes and course designs.
The study provider's response
The school or institution will respond to your application within two to six weeks of receiving it. You will receive an offer letter as soon as you are accepted into a course and then the counselor will help you to take further steps in the process.
Payment and acceptance
You can instantly accept your offer letter if it is not condition-based. The result of the IELTS test taken recently, a record of your most recent coursework, or certified records are some of the requirements that could be mentioned in the offer letter. These offers can be accepted in person at a UKIEC office, and the school or institution making the offer will receive the deposit directly. Throughout the process, your counselor will be by your side to provide direction and comfort.
VISA PROCESS
Once you receive the unconditional offer from the university the counselor will assist you in organizing the proper set of documents and the level of funding that is needed to get the visa. Our counselor will support you throughout this journey and also prepare you for the interview as it is an integral part of the process.
