Free guidance on studying abroad
Our knowledgeable counselors are available to help you at every stage and to help you identify the program and school that best suits your needs and financial situation.
Choosing where and what to study, as well as figuring out the best application strategy for higher acceptance rates, can be difficult when there are so many possibilities to take into account. Here are some ways we may help you choose the ideal path and location.
Application and selection of courses
In order to find the best course that fits your goals, UKIEC counselors are skilled at understanding your educational objectives. With the most up-to-date information on our 600 partner colleges and institutions stored in our sophisticated knowledge matching system, our team can make the best decision for you.
Approachable and relatable
Our knowledgeable advisors are aware of your educational goals. Our counselors can answer any of your questions because several of them were once international students.
Use the language that you prefer.
We have staff members that can put you at ease and understand you if you would rather speak in your native tongue while you are here.
What can you anticipate?
The following subjects will be covered by your counselor at your first appointment with us:
Your background, hobbies, schedule, financial situation, and goals for your job or move.
training programs that meet your needs.
the procedure for applying.
Visa concerns and how well they fit your goals.
Details about upcoming events that may be of interest.
Sending in your applications for studies
In addition to compiling your applications and guaranteeing the certification of supporting documentation, we also supply the required institution program guides and course application materials.
We then take care of sending your application to the university or other organization of your choice.
Representatives from the educational institution may invite you to meet with them to review your application and assess your suitability for the course.
During our education seminars, you could also take advantage of the opportunity to participate in conversations around graduate outcomes and course structures.
The study provider's response
The school or institution will respond to your application within two to six weeks of receiving it. You will receive an offer letter as soon as you are accepted into a course.
In some cases, during your interview, a representative from the school or university may assess your suitability for the course and send an offer letter. These interviews may take place in our office or at one of the many annual events hosted by UKIEC for overseas students.
Payment and acceptance
You can accept your offer letter immediately if it is condition-free. A current IELTS test result, a transcript of your most recent coursework, or certified documents are a few examples of requirements that could be mentioned in the offer letter.
These offers can be accepted in person at a UKIEC office, and the school or institution making the offer will receive the deposit directly. Throughout the process, your counselor will be by your side to provide direction and comfort.
